Attached is the Official Call and related documents for the 2019 organizational meeting of the Colorado 5th Congressional District Republican Central Committee, to be held:

Pursuant to the Colorado 5th Congressional District Republican Central Committee Bylaws, voting members of CD5 include:
ARTICLE IV: MEMBERSHIP
Section 4.01 Regular voting membership of the organization shall be composed of:
(a) Chairman, three (3) Vice-Chairmen, and Secretary of the 5th CDRC.
(b) Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary of each of the Republican County Central Committees entirely or partially within the 5th Congressional District.
(c) The elected Republican 5th Congressional Congressman.
(d) The elected Republican 5th congressional member of the Board of Education.
(e) The elected Republican 5th Congressional member of the Board of Regents.
(f) The elected Republican State Senators and Representatives who reside within the 5th Congressional District.
(g) Two “Bonus members” from each County that polled ten thousand votes at the last preceding general election for the Republican candidate for Governor of Colorado or the Republican candidate for President of the United States; two additional “Bonus Members” for each additional ten thousand votes or major portion thereof so polled in such county.
Section 4.03 All members of the 5th CDRC shall reside within the 5th Congressional District, (excepting officers of counties lying partially within the 5th Congressional District), the county they represent, and be registered as Republicans, all as shown on the registration records of the county Clerk and Recorder.
